REQUEST Xciptv+panel without vpn?

VPN was removed from XCIPTV I think after 3.0 ? or there about so any of the newer ones should have VPN removed unless someone
has modified it to still include it. but anything after 3.0 should have vpn removed m8
DNS would almost always be controlled from a panel
well on here it would be as Hardcoded versions of apps are not that sought after anymore mostly all are now on panel.
Some panels will have the option to hide the VPN button on the panel so the user does not actually see it at all
