This does not solve the problem

Open your .db file inside your api folder. Should easily be able to find your answer there

Here is the fix, go into your api folder within the app panel files.

open up the main.json file and find the below line.



replace https:\/\/api01.ottrun.com\/api3\/ with https:\/\/yourhost\/panelfolder\/api\/

Then advise users to clear cache / data and the issue will be solved.
