REQUEST Xc717 black bar

[SS2021]

Hi wondering if anyone can help. On xc717 I have a black bar at the bottom of the screen that stays with my brand and the xc logo. It stays and goes and I have checked announcements on the panel and they are disabled. Does anyone have an idea of how to remove it?

potentially a cache issue if annoucements is disabled on the panel you could always delete the annoucement.php completely that's what i do waste of time anyways the feature lol

Thanks just deleted it and its stopped finally.

I freshly installed so wasn't a cache issue as never had any xc on the app but it's fixed.

@keeney one more question does the update work on these panels do you know? I wanted to push those on my 714 to 717 version without them having to delete and reinstall?

Haven't been able to successfully test it here myself so that's why I ask

never tried these newer versions i believe i last tried with v591 and it worked you can only try i guess

Thanks seemingly thinking of going back to 591 because it's not allowing me to add a new DNS to the app.
Added it in the panel 4th DNS and it's not showing up on the app either
