As mentioned above Filelinked is the most popular way to host your files for sharing purposes , you can direct host files on your hosting account also,
depending on how many hits your files are going to be getting a free dropbox account or anything like it will freeze the links out one way or another to much traffic and it freezes links. So which ever way you go I would advise to get a hosting account , they are not a lot of money and can be used for all types of things , i use mine to host files that i link to in filelinked , can also get a good cloud storage account to keep your files , consider filelinked as a front end for your files where you store those files is up to you , the visitor will only see the files and not anything else you dont want them to see, so to round up, filelinked and a hosting/storage account .

Nice just took a look shouldn't be to hard to create a panel for the 2 XML files update.xml and apktime2.xml

Think this will be the app going forward.
