no they are not to change them they are strings i just removed the text so i can whatever i want on there

It might be coded into the dashboard_layouts.xml files
I can't say for certain on that particular release, but the few Smarters v4 I have modded, it's been in the layouts

Example:
TextView android:textSize="@dimen/_7ssp" android:textColor="#ffffffff"
