what panel are you using?
panel to use for the v2 app is this?v2 panel
and panel to use for the v3 app is this?v3 panel

if you've had success with either of those panels on any other smarters app using the exact same service/login you're trying then it should also work with these, as they're pretty much all the same

obviously it goes without saying that hope you entered/edited your panel url path and any other relevant related items correctly

what about a live tv only with the external apk load? and what about a vod only also with a external apk load?

one service i have has the perfect live tv but the vod is no bueno, so an external load with (whatever app you choose) with live tv only with tbe aamzing solution.
