Smarters v3 issue

So I’ve got customers using Smarters v3 slider and when watching a channel it will automatically randomly go back to the main app screen where they choose live tv or movies
Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it
As far I can work out it’s only happening on 4k sticks at the moment

Multiple apps do this on 4ksticks recently...but like he said I believe it's providers with large epg that now update in background that's causing the boot

Entonces, tengo clientes que usan el control deslizante Smarters v3 y cuando miran un canal, automáticamente volverán aleatoriamente a la pantalla principal de la aplicación donde eligen televisión o películas en vivo.
Alguien sabe a que se debe esto o como solucionarlo
Por lo que puedo entender, solo está sucediendo en dispositivos de 4k en este momento

this happens to me when I change from api 29 to api 30 I receive a white screen and it returns you to the menu when entering the channels
