INFO Smarters playback error

Lately I've noticed on smarters pro app that when watching movies/series that playback errors appear showing reconnecting and taking you back a few seconds. Had this confirmed with others and was wondering if anyone has any further info on why this occurs? Cheers

I've noticed the same. Unfortunately I use external player which is not convenient for all in one app
