You have to be more specific. Your asking for something with no details or picture of the smarters version. So please tell us the version and show pictures. But for the most part use the search feature and you can possibly find the panels for smarters v2 and v3

You are in the right place to learn how to do things but Rome was not built in a day
we are all learning all the time , and asking your question may seem fine , you are always going to get the same answer , you need to read and learn , everything you need is here in these forums only its not presented in an A to Z format if that makes sense ?
consider customising Smarters as you ask , there are many aspects to doing this so I would concentrate on one thing at a time until you can do it blind folded , here are a few items to consider doing (method for all these are on this forum)
Smarters name change
Smarters package name change
Smarters backgrounds change
Smarters icons change
Smarters logos change
these should keep you busy for a while , once you have mastered these ,then move on , nobody said it will be easy and nobody is going to hold your hand , ask as many questions as you like but remember people will help if your polite and make sense and are seen to be adding to this forum, if your here for the long haul thats good but it will take time.
