Resourse Manager Missing

Hi All

I came across this problem with one or two APK's, we I add it to AS and it pops up the screen to configure, I click it and I see the resourse manager tab for about 2 seconds then it disappers.

I also looked in view but its not there as an option to view.
And ideas on how to resolve this.

you will need someone who uses Android Studio to answer this m8 , this issue is not been reported in MT so think it could be editor related
