INFO purple v6 / v 9 no epg

Hello everyone
Today I have a problem with various versions of purple anything I post on the panel I do not see the EPG you know how to solve you have any advice?

Purple has in some cases 16 different layouts , some have live some have epg some have vod , you may have a layout enabled that does not show the epg ? layouts may look the same but each has slight differences , the one i use does show the EPG think its layout 15 or 16
