INFO Purple Player No internet connection or Slow Only on Google Device

So For some reason out of no where Purple Player isnt working on Google device/ New chrome cast with Google TV. The exact same works fine on Fire Stick.
Ive uninstalled it clear all data...but as soon as Purple Player Starts it goes to the No Internet connection Or Slow screen, it should start and ask if on tv or mobile and such but doesnt...
Im using newest Player with V9 Panel. It work solid forever now,,,but today this and only on Google Device..also the same when trying the app on my android phone.....
Any reason any of you smart people out there can think why this would be?

getting the same already set up the panel and change dns and no luck

i dont know for sure but the error messages happen if there is something amiss on the panel usually like a background or a logo
