Thank very much, it seems to work but the only thing is it doesn't really shorten urls as you have to have your domain/folder/custom.

Unless I'm missing something or done something wrong, please could you let me know please.

yes indeed you must have a course domain name.
I was thinking of buying a domain name to benefit from it, but a lot of people are already using free short urls

If you use tiny.cc ect your link would be something like this.

tiny.cc/test.

If you use this your link will look something like this.

https://bsm.com/urlshort/test.

If you see what I mean, it's not actually shorter then original link

You have the instruction file in the zip that explains everything
You just have to upload and nothing to modify. when you go to launch the url you will come across an installation page
It is written php7.4 minimum
Then you may have problems with the nginx or apache2 configuration, you have to read the documentation carefully

You must have before install a web server with apache2 or nginx
And with a mysql database and create a mysql user and table

You need a little knowledge
