I love working with motion graphics, but it is a steep learning curve and I won't pretend I am well versed in any of it.
I've always used VideoHive.net as my jumping off point, or you can do some quick google searching to find them free to download
Be aware, some of those sites are full of popups, malware, etc.

You will need Adobe After Effects, and a few other programs, and some time and patience

The artists like the one's showcased on VideoHive.net are definitely talented, and I've never had an issue paying for their low-cost / high quality motion graphics. You might want to do that to save yourself a LOT of headache, and time
