REQUEST PHP Admin Panel needed for web build.

Hi all, apologize if this is in the wrong group. I am looking for some advice and or support in a build i am on with, not to much info to be posted here as its all under the covers at the moment. I am looking for someone who know a little bit about PHP and the ability to connect a panel to a front end system (NOT ANDROID or IOS). Any help and or point in the direction of someone that has some time on there hands to help with this.
