I am writing on behalf of a friend of mine He bought a new laptop and during the transition somehow lost his saved password he's tried to reset the password. Nothing never came. No spam. Nothing showed up in his inbox. He has been trying this for over a week now and cannot gain access back to his account. Is there any way of manually forcing a password reset. His user name is [email protected] any help would be much appreciated.

Yes sir his username is [email protected] when you tried to reset it, it says the message has been sent to his email, but either the email is completely blocking it in this case Gmail or it's not making it through. I don't know what's going on
