somehow my panel pw is not being accepted after adding it is there anyway of finding it in the files on host server please

yes m8 there is , if you have access to the panel files themselves , go into the api folder and open the db.db file it will looked coded but around half way down will be username and password or just delete the db.db file and re open panel it will default to admin admin again
