REQUEST Looking for a smarter app with vpn fully setup on panel like xciptv

I am looking for a smarter app with vpn fully setup on panel like xciptv, so no need to enter user/pass etc.
I have Smarters 3.0.8 working fine but cant setup vpn from panel like xciptv app.

you are supposed to add your own vpn to the smarters panels ,different vpns use different config files so for instance you having surfshark would be no good if panel is set up for ipvanish

Smarters uses a zip file i think and XCIPTV uses a .php or .json config file so are different
