This deserves an explination I think I will try :)
Ok first things first you need to work out who you are in the food chain :)

SELLERS - These people actually own the IPTV services they are not resellers and may not actually have any knowhow on how to edit
apps or panels they are not in it to even learn how to they make thier money buy selling iptv credits to resellers , you will rarely know who the actual sellers are you may have some form of contact with them but they are always in the background.

RESELLERS - These people buy credits and a panel off a SELLER and then sell subs to an iptv user they name their own service have thier own logos maybe chat room on Telegram also a website these are the people who are at most danger because they have direct contact with service buyers if anyone is going to be caught and convicted its these people huge profits to be made in a short time but unless they are switched on and keep ahead of the field its a short life. some resellers now have thier own resellers therefore putting a buffer zone between them and the end user.

DEVS - developers these people actually pioneer the new apps you keep seeing .

MODDERS - These will take an existing app and improve it , they may add additional items like VPN ,sports guides etc. they basically make the existing app a lot better and maybe take it to where it should have been in the first place.

THEMERS - They will take an app off a modder and change the look and feel sometime making it look totally different sometimes better sometimes less so :)

BOTTOM FEEDERS - I have added this after the initial post as its been pointed out , some people will get free off forums and sell on for minimal fee with no edits at all , this is all well and good until something goes wrong with the apk worse still they will often advetise on social media and often as thier own work where in reality they know very little about anything ,there are many out there as of course it is easy money be it not a great deal of money. They rent a hosting for 1-3 months and draw people in , once they have sold enough they cancel the hosting and disapear only to come back under a different name. This is happening far to often these days .

Ok so how does this all work ?

Sellers right at the top dont really need to have a state of the art APK its the service they support more than the app side of things , this falls to the resellers , resellers sell either direct to a customer or to thier own resellers so need a few apps to use for thier service so the end customer can use to watch , they will often make their resellers get thier own apps with their own company and logo , this is again a buffer of saftey.

And here is where the Modders come in they would have taken an app that a DEV created and maybe panelled it they then put this up for sale and mostly Themers will buy these they buy the apk and pannel files they are not cheap but a good themer can make the money back over time.

you also have forum users like very much like yourselves who are reading this who want to learn how to theme thier own apps they could be any of the above :) but mostly are resellers or themers resellers of course can cut out the themer and modder if they learn how to do it themselves.

So back to the oribinal post and question
The app is still being sold by modders to themers who are selling on to resellers :) so unlightly you will see it available until its run its course you do see new apps sometime that have been shared but not everything as they cost REAL money and if someone has spent £300 upwards on an app he is unlightly to share it unless he has made his money back or he cant sell it.

Also consider reseller sometimes will cut the themer out of it and go direct to the Modder ? this can work well but can also not work well , support and all your eggs in one basket comes to mind as a modder once he sees an app not selling any longer will not go back and support it or even fix an error that has took time to surface , Themers tend to be more on a personal level with the seller.

food for thought but I guess thats why most are here to learn to do it themselves :)

dont expect the very latest apps on here although surprisingly they do quite often appear:) and if not someone may mention in a coment how to modify an existing app to achive your aim like as asked in the IMDB background for IBO.

hope this clarifies things although a few will probably disagree with it :)

Some people are happy just to go out and buy every app which is fine if your purely out to make quick buck. I personally prefer to learn it myself. It saves money but also can figure out if theirs any issues rather then relying on who you bought it from to fix. Changing images, colours etc just requires time anyone can learn it pretty easy.

Quick money is what i mean. Anyone can buy somthing that is already made.. But from a buyers point of view id rather go direct to source as most dont have a clue on what their selling🤯

And what do you call people who buy modder scripts or get them from here on the forum and no matter how new they are, they sell them for £20-25??

Bottomfeeders :) I will not sell for that low but thats how it has become people will undercut thier grandmother to make a few bob and like you said they will sell them on with little or no edits at all they even advertise them on social media such as fuckbookthey often rent hosting for a short time and sell panels once it comes time to renew the hosting they cut and run. I get people contacting me asking can I help them due to this kind of thing and its happening more and more.
Golden rule for anything on the internet is if it seem to good to be true it probably is :) anyone selling for as little as £25 or has "special offer on " avoid
