TUTORIAL How to make icons or panels with rounded corners

This is something I take for granted but realise some people
dont know how simple it is to do​

I have made a simple video to show how this is done
tools needed are Paint.net or Gimp or PS etc.
This is all to do with layers if you ever want to learn about paint packages then layers are an absolute must
Watch the video and if its to fast pause and rewind i should have filmed it slower.
any questions post below , i used this to make transparent rounded images for the latest smarters.
