This is not app related more of a hardware fix
Since the Shield updated to Android 11 there have been quite a few problems , also my friend who lives in the States has android 11 devices (ONN) and he is seeing the same problem
We first noticed it in the CinemaHD mods in the fact you can type your username in ok but it then only lets you type the first to letters of your password? i got around it by copying and pasting but not an ideal solution , then today while messing around in Shield settings i came across keyboard settings and noticed it gives you the option not to use the NEW keyboard that android 11 uses? I selected the leanback keyboard and this reverts back to the pre android 11 effort.
