Can I ask what the purpose it mate? Buffering problems? Also, has that emulator forced you to use software decoding, or have you done that yourself? and if so, why?

Something to try but this is assuming youve tried VPN, mobile hotspot etc for the service to 100% distinguish if it's your end or theirs that the problem is.

If you're struggling with live TV from a poor connection, try change stream format in settings to hls. mpegts uses a lot more bandwidth, hls adapts the quality of the stream so your available bandwidth can keep up without buffering. At the minute the default is set to mpegts

I honestly don't believe it is but I think there's a language barrier here. I've suggested a better solution to test and advice on software encoding. Smarters will load the buffer before playing a stream, so changing that to 40 will mean live TV channels take, literally, twice as long to open & play.

Sorry. I don't know changes needed for that setting and it would mean digging through lots of smali files. You would need to edit more than just one file. Developer Assistant for Android would give you a general idea of where to look. Another tool would be to use Android Studios logcat, or if you have a rooted phone/emulator with root privileges then use FoxLog. Both are great tools for reverse engineering android apps.

Definitely is a ball-ache. I changed one setting and it worked for auto-start but still not good enough for my OCD 😂

It's on the list of many things to crack, but I did more digging after last time on here... I don't think I'm far off for that one fucking setting lol, but then it's no doubt the same hassle for every other setting too...

Smali is such a fucking headache isn't it mate
