try not using the built in filemanager use something like filezilla to FTP files common this with online file managers

Try turning your av off before you zip all panels files then upload zip file. Hope this works for you.

check imunify360 is on there and if so you can whitelist the file

Also worth noting if panel files are encoded they can show as false positives so your host will automatically remove
