REQUEST GIF WALLPAPERS AND GIF ICONS XCIPTV

Hi Guys

does any one know how to make gif wallpapers and icons for xciptv
i would love make them dont know how any help much appericated
i would love learn about this guidence needed no free loading as i would like to do many
designs just learning how to thanks in advance

frame by frame animation using photoshop is a good way to make gifs.

The request is worded wrong I think , he is not asking how to make the gifs for wallpaper and icons he is asking for an app to display them? Word of advice I have had these for a while and have never been able to sell a single one they look cool but nobody actually wants to use them , they think because they are animated they will slow devices down , but intact if the gifs are sized correct and optimised they can be made smaler than .jpg or .png files are . Think animated logos would be a better seller tbh and more practical

depending how "busy" the gifs or screens looks it can be a tad irritating for some(sometimes after a while), kinda like how fcd's scrolling bottom banners does some peoples tits in?

I got this far with it and thought mehhh!!!! I am never going to use it myself so why go any further ?
like I said animated logo far better option ,
Legazy is quite easy to use animated backgrounds so is Purple

edit: legazy also lets you animate the logo
