Hi All

My provider has changed servers and since this the EPG wont download, he is saying it's because the old EPG is still stored on my FS. ?
I tried rebooting FS and Router, and clear cache, but still does not work. I know I can delete the account and re-add it but don't want to do that as have quite a few that will also need to be done.

My question is - Is there an app or script to flush the EPG out of the Smarters App or from the FS. Sorry not great at this side of things.

Clear data or delete app and reinstall. Deleting account and re-adding isn't the same as clearing the data. Try it out and if it does the same then the problem is the provider

Hi that's the problem I don't want to clear data as it removes the user details. It would cause a lot of work for me to do them all again thanks

You'll spend less time clearing data then looking for a miracle for a short cut. Do 1 device and see if it works. And if it does then you know what you have to do. Basically trial and error

Depending on what version of smarters you have most recent have in settings/EPG this screen :-
sometimes if my epg data does not load (if using multi accounts on one app) I just click refresh EPG and it will force rpg data
no harm in trying m8

Ya I tried that must be a fault with my app as my other smarters app works, I did get that EPG refresh added to my channel list as thought it would be easier for my clients to refresh from there.
