Firestick kicking out when updating contents on XCIPTV

As above, whenever load up app, whilst updating contents, it crashes out.

Had an old version been using for couple of years that started doing it just before xmas. When it got to Updating VOD, it would boot out.

Just done a new version and it's doing same thing but when it gets to EPG.

Works fine on fire tv, shield & android phones, seem to have narrowed it down to just fire sticks.

Anyone had similar?

how much storgae you have left on the stick ? is it a 2nd gen stick ?

its a weird one, got at least 2gb storage, and it seems to be any fire stick. have a few people with the same issue, its not just mine. Like I say, works perfect on my shield & fire tv. ill keep doing some digging and playing around but thought id ask in here in case anyone had come across same issue

Does the name apk name in the strings and config file match? And is there a space in the name? Make sure these match and if there a space in the name remove it or add _ or - sounds strange but this may help

nice one cheers, ill double check. one was working for about a year until about xmas time then it started doing it, so dunno if there's been an update pushed out or something.
