The whole "Discord" thing... It is basically for chatting. Like IRC. (Probably more to it than I'm aware of) I think one thing that puts it above programs like 'Mirc', is that you can set up a channel and have sub categories within it.

I think w/ IRC, you just get one channel. Although, with IRC you could use DCC for direct client to client... Was supposed to be a direct & encrypted communications between clients....

The Discord channels can be for whatever topic.

I see a lot of "Eye Pee Tee Vee" resellers using Discord to support their customers...

Although, having said that... I've also heard cops like to hang out there as well....

I use it for all my lot, got a paybot on mine as well pretty decent chat app, but saying that so is telegram. Telegrams great for sending apk to people if ur a rebrander.

Created my own social media platform with BuddyBoss too.
Still early days with it but it’s a good layout and great features on it.

I did the same with Sngine app. Only problem is their no push notifications in the app. Has to make it work with one signal.
