Initial design and colors was done by me. Looks as if someone has just changed the highlight icon to show a US flag. Mine had sports people. The green an purple colours that was also posted was mine too. But it is what it is.

I am not going to give full instructions, but will give a big hint. Look in drawable folder for xml's with the original design/layout creators initials.
