I find it kinda cool that my designs are being shared and showing up on google search. . Just some advice, don't sell these as these designs are no longer licensed to me. So I have no control on the legality if you get caught selling it.

I work as a full slack developer this includes graphics design my LLC agreement transfers over all my work to the buyer along side a copyright agreement of the intended work. This includes a legal signed document from both ends, acknowledging this work now belongs to them. If it was any other buyer, I would not have given this advice. However, under these circumstances as to whom the official owner of this work is, I must advice. Yo don't need to register any copyright material as long as you can prove is yours. So yes, it's licensed, in the form or tense it can be shared but not sold for profit. Distribution "good", profit "bad".

No you are good just advising everyone who gets this, if you intend to sell this as a theme. Don't but it's just my advice. The attribution to the author is not required as I am no longer the owner of this work. However as my post above states. I have no control over what the buyer can do, if they see you selling their work.

Yeah I know that's another one of mine as well. I don't care if you guys use them just be safe. If you do sell it, suggest selling it as an application with the design built into it not a theme.

I often have the same problem where my Images I created are passed on or used in apps that are then sold but thats life
I do put a request on items if i share them asking not to be sold for profit for personal use only I have put this on a few things on here.
XCIPTV ,The Avengers ,Hulk ,ironman etc. are all copy protected
Its like writing a hit song that uses a rift from another song ,you cant do it and say its your work .
The images are nice I like them but they are not legal in any sense of the word
just pointing out we are all in the same game that is slightly illegal in itself

You guys are aren't getting it. I'm all for sharing, but artwork designed by someone is different than the Disney logo you guys think of in terms of copyright. When you sell a artwork, you are able to include licenses for 1.complete ownership, this gives full rights to the art even to sell. 2 partial one time use, or resell aka commercial. My agreements falls in the order to give the rights to the buyer releasing the responsibility that falls on me. In other words the owner can license it, give it away ect. It should be declared in their TOS. Not following their guidelines can lead to punishable consequences. As to what form they are willing to take I don't know. I'm just doing my part here and giving you the warning. I have zero control on what they can do. If you guys like I can design some themes just for AnS. But Its just not right or ethical to tell you sell away when it's no longer my artwork, even though it is my design. I'll work on a few themes, with the understanding you guys can do what you want with them without adverse effects.

No I completely understand, IPTV is generally the redistribution of copyright media. By saying don't use my art makes me a hypocrite. Lol I'm not saying don't use my art. Use it just don't get caught. For the big boys we are shrimp. However for a small LLC, we are a full meal for lunch. All it takes is one telegram post and one transaction to get you I trouble. Just be smart how you do things. I'm out bud I said what I wanted to. Enjoy the theme.
