REQUEST App with always on VPN hidden from client

Hi ive had a search but cant seem to find my answer, im looking for an app where you can hard code vpn that auto connects when the app is started thats not visible by the client

trouble with that is all your clients would need to be in one location else it be pretty useless ,
someone in the UK would normally connected to a European server like France or Belgium , the closer to the UK the better
now if one of your clients is in the States it would be no good for him to connect to the European servers as they are to far away
you need to have the option for people to select which server they want to connect to
