Ok. Whatever the app is called, lets say Smarters IPTV for example, you need to find out what that is in Base64.

Go to www.base64encode.org, and type in Smarters IPTV, then click encode. You will then see the name in Base64 encryption.

Use MT Manager and run a search in the class.dex / smali files for the encoded text. U21hcnRlcnMgSVBUVg== (see pic attached).

Once you find that, change it to the name you want to change it to (in base64)!

Hit save, build, and auto sign. That will build the app back up.

Next, don't open the app, just click done.

Now, open up apk editor pro++, select the same app, then common edit (3rd option down). And change the app name in plain text - Smarters IPTV.

Hit save, remove the old file, and install the new one.

Thats it saved and the name changed in both formats (plain text & Base64)

Note* there are other ways to do this. I shared this method with you as it works for me, and its simple to follow and do yourself.

anyone else unable to change intro on panel? its not to big only 10 seconds. in mp4 format

any chance of making a vod only smarters ads with the multiscreen and radio buttons removed please pal i have tried several times and it fails upon compiling as it gives a error about a smali file

i have updated the panel with the fix pal you will need to redownload the panel files for this though

cheers will try now. also when i install on nvidia shield or android phone the package wont parse but works on emulator edited dns, base 64 ect with mt manager and changed images with apkeditor ultra. any ideas why?

have alook at target sdk pal i change it to 29 and that works but some people say to change to 28 pal

ok will try that. just tested new panel files and intro sill wont load on and now neither will ads

the intro needs to be below 5mb in size pal otherwise it struggles to work and the ads should work as i didnt touch them pal

I got the same problem but you have to put "adpage.php" I did like this and now my app is working with adds

you are just not reading anything m8? the question was answered a few times i did a tutorial and took the4 time to post a link above
If you change the app name and do not do it right you WILL get that message. Read above I have explained how to do it

dont use apk editor it breaks smarters on shields and the likes , just dont use it.

there is supposed to be a version that does work but I am still to get hold of a working copy of it although it has been posted on here but think its phone version only
