Looking for help with ibo pro.. no signal

Looking for help with ibo pro.. some channels come up no signal on firestick yet on phone it works fine? All was fine until a couple of days ago. Anyone know what the issue could be?

i have the same 1 provider works totally fine the other nothing at all on firestick phone is ok... been told it's a player issue but it can't be as my phone would be the same think it's just one of those that we have to deal with.

Maybe you got lucky...?? IBO only works on my phone with my provider...??

I've had the same issue the other day and what I found that fixed it was when the account was activated so too speak. I tested a few channels got the no signal issue then I went to the main menu and clicked the reload button and tested the same channels again and they worked a treat.

Yeah I've just been told an issue with a service using 8443 port which possible cause something SSL maybe

I have to use http with 1 service to make it work

Let me know how you get on I struggle with one service that runs "raw" 4k 5.1 feeds all FHD is ok though device is 4k and TV too so it ain't that

Yeah tried everything no joy it’s strange tho as I’ve tried loads of other dns no issues at all

Yes can confirm this is a fix I was baffled for months something to do with fire sticks etc not seeing the HTTPS correctly
